Frozen Chocolate Caterpillar

The deal with having kids is that you sometimes need to dish out something impressive, a special treat out of the blue that will make a moment very special. I like to cook but I don’t always feel like making something complex and difficult only to please my children. Don’t get me wrong, I dearly and deeply love them but I need a life and cooking doesn’t always fit in it! Come on, who always has an hour to spare to make a special dessert? I certainly don’t! So this weekend I decided to remake one of my childhood favorites: a caterpillar that looks like a zebra! YES! A frozen caterpillar that's dubbed as a zebra!!! This is soooo easy to make. It’ll take you about 15 minutes and your kids will be delighted! My 2 year old ate the leftovers tonight and had chocolate all over his face and hair. Delightful and loads of fun! Get creative with the design of your caterpillar. Use candy or decorations to give it a unique personality. I certainly wanted to for mine but time flew and my kids were begging to get their piece… so I half skipped the design. At least I had dessert to offer!!!
